And so, Gem and Sapphire -Indy Facets’ favorite holiday elves- begin their adventure into custom jewelry design. Gem fires up his computer, searches for Indy Facets Private Jeweler and finds all the contact information he needs. Then he calls 317-810-1665 and makes his private appointment to design a snowflake pendant for Sapphire – an eternal, magical one like no other.

At their first appointment, Gem and Sapphire tour our Custom Design Studio and Gemological Laboratory, then brainstorm with their personal jeweler about the jewelry they want to create. On their second appointment, they view a CAD rendering of their custom design. After they discuss a few small changes, we’re off to the jewelers’ workbench to create the jewelry of their dreams.
Finally, it’s Reveal Day! Sapphire’s custom jewelry creation is complete, and she can’t wait to see it.
When she does, Sapphire exclaims, “Oh my goodness, it’s beautiful! Thank you for the best Christmas ever, Gem!”
