Special Customization
Shaun helped us make key decisions about preserving the look of a classic inherited engagement ring while making sure it fit just right. We were able to customize my fiancé’s wedding band with my actual fingerprint engraved inside. He also included a couple of silicone wedding bands for when we are active outdoors or don’t want to be wearing our jewelry. Top notch service.

Takes My Breath Away
I was nervous about getting a ring made with the diamond from my mom’s engagement ring. I was worried that it was going to be too expensive, or that I would be pressured into getting something made that was “trendy” or something I would regret (this has happened to me at other jewelry stores). This was going to be made into my own engagement ring that I will be wearing for the rest of my life, so I wanted it to be perfect. Well, my experience went beyond my expectations. Shaun was friendly and made the experience of talking about ring designs super easy. He listened closely to what I wanted, and never tried to pressure me into changing my mind about anything. He left me in complete control. He made sure to explain anything regarding pricing or designing in ways that made it easier for me to understand. Getting to see the 3D design of the ring was really neat and helped me visualize what it would actually look like when it was complete. When it finally was complete, and I saw it for the first time, it took my breath away. The ring was beautiful! It was even more perfect than I had imagined it. I absolutely love my ring, my experience with Shaun was great, and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I have already recommended Indy Facets to several family members and friends and will continue to do so for anyone looking for jewelry!
